How do you make hair removal an enjoyable ritual and not a painful, tiring process? Most women (and yes, men) find this activity an unnecessary ordeal every morning or what time of day it is they allot for body hair removal. It s something they find despicable yet necessary, lest they find themselves the object of ridicule. If you are one of those people, I tell you, you should really take a break (a refresher, perhaps) and find new inspirations to alter your perception. After you have conditioned yourself to be more positive, I suggest you follow one of these ideas to help you hate your routine hair removal less.

Do it with music

This is not an exaggeration. Everything gets better when done with music. You are walking on a sidewalk? Okay. But add music to that and you re a rock star! Tell me I m wrong. If you say that s not the case, then you are a total hypocrite. Music can cause you to smile, get annoyed, get angry, get ecstatic, get euphoric, get totally wasted, or get totally depressed. Why don t you use some of that influence to get you through the annoying task of shaving your face or your underarms? A bit of Hall & Oats? Jason Mraz s funk? Rihanna s upbeat music perhaps? Ke$ha s party mix? Any music that can make you say, Oh yea, I m feelin good! will do the trick. Music, my friend, music. It always does the trick.

Do it with friends

If you are living alone, then that s too bad. But if you live with a roommate or with more girlfriends, then here s another solution for you. Shave, pluck, wax with your girl buddies! Oh, yes. You read it right. You can make this your routine bonding moment. Okay, others consider hair removal as an intimate activity, but hey, it s the 21st Century! Privacy is something people don t really care about. I mean, come on. Look at Facebook, Twiter. Need I say more?

Do it with your thoughts

While, shaving your beard, armpits, or legs, think about your next book, your next musical composition, your next blog entry. Make your hair removal time your brainstorming moment. Just don t focus on your thoughts too much. You ll never know. You do not want to nick your chin or cut your legs while you are really down with your thoughts. Not cool to have a blade cut, man. Not good.

See? Not bad, eh? If you are a guy, perhaps it s impossible to do the advice number two, but with the rest? You are so going to kill it. I tell you. These advices are tested and proven by yours truly and a whole lot of other people. Oh, just a helpful reminder. Regarding the music advice? If your sound trip borders on rock and metal, perhaps you can turn down your usual energy a notch. You don t want tissues on your face on your way to work, right. Let s check the adrenaline level, people. So, I guess that s it. Hope you find this helpful as much as I do.
